Coventry 4 mile Race Report

I missed a PR by 32 seconds.
I missed my goal time by 1 minute, 28 seconds.
But, I still had an awesome time!

~ I heart running and race day friends.

AA, Charlie, & Dianna

I came in first for my division.
(No one has to know I was the
ONLY runner in my division.)
:)

~ My new Asics are wonderful!

~ GO *BRENT!! I am so excited for you!!!

When I'm done with this marathon thingie, I'm coming out to Connecticut to run some of these races with you guys. (Or at least start them with you...)

Way to go, super-runner! Nice trophy too!

Dianna ran barefoot? :)

Yea, April Anne! Hey, you came in first not only because you were the only one, but you were the only one that wasn't sitting at home on the sofa instead of being out running and busting their you-know-what like you were. Great race, April Anne! I'm totally jealous that you got a trophy.

Wish I could come out for the big day for you. I'll buy a lottery ticket, and if I win, I'll fly out and bring chocolate. :)

And is Dianna doing a Mark or what?

Wow - I've got to start training for Bluff Point, like now!

Jon's right - you won 'cause you were out there running. Congrats!

Thanks for your post. My training is going well and the back is feeling much better. Now and then it is sore, but I have learned that is to be expected.

Congrats on the trophy! I would be displaying that proudly. I wish I could run in Connecticut. It looks beautiful and peaceful!

its here its here! its finally here. have a great race april anne. you trained hard, you trained well. now the fruits of your labor will materialize. its going to be awesome. are you gonna wear a pace band? i made ming a little too tight (it seemed lose when i put it together)...anway, i guess i got more puffy as the race went on because all i wanted to do was rip it off! don't make it too tight. hehe. (i didn't need the band after mile 20, so maybe that made it seem tighter?).
who's wade? Just kidding. hehehe.
