Hills on the ‘Mill

Okay, so technically it wasn’t on a treadmill, but I couldn’t think of anything to rhyme with “elliptical fitness cross trainer”. :) I set the time for 30 minutes, and covered a total of 3.7 miles, with two little "hills". ~ I hope everyone has a good week of training!

I really wish I still had easy access to a treadmill or elliptical. I live a little out there, which is nice for long runs on the weekend, but running with crappy weather is a real challenge.
