I bought a box of healthy cereal for my very first time. Kashi: GoLean is a mix of fiber twigs, soy protein grahams, and whole grain/sesame puffs. Despite the fact that the cereal doesn't come with a free toy inside the box (like all the other cereals I eat) I think I'll buy it again. Does this mean I'm growing up?!? :)

It was 60 degrees and sunny this weekend-how wonderful! I ran yesterday and today (3 miles each day). I'm excited to be starting all over again.

Parents

The hardest part of my job is not teaching 21 third graders at different levels, with different learning styles, with various behavior problems. The hardest part of my job is dealing with parents! After the day I had today, I know I should have gone for a run to deal with my stress. Instead, I drove straight home and ate a huge bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream. Sadly, it didn't make me feel any better. I'm still angry at the ridiculous things that were said today and how my principal responded.
