When will it stop?

I have been attacked by more spam comments–6 more just today! What the heck is going on? Thanks to Kiran’s suggestions I am only going to allow registered users to comment. I hope that helps–my fingers are crossed.

A small "thinking of you" package from my sister arrived today. Inside the package was a cool new water bottle, hair elastics so I can I put my hair in a ponytail while I run, and lotion. I love the fact that my sister saw running related things and thought me of. Aww...do I have the best sister in the world or what?
